it does not always return to its closed
position to lock the gate...

GATE CLOSER solves this problem.
The closer is gas & oil filled &
includes a dampening device to control the
gate closing speed. An adjusting valve provides
for the required closing force during the
gate closing & opening position. Fitting
& brackets are included.
