Subject Right of Access.

Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 members of the public have a right to obtain copies of CCTV recordings featuring identifiable images of themselves.

Subjects Right of Access
Tringmain Security have developed a simple pack that enables the Registered Data Controller - System Operator to comply with this aspect of The Act by providing applicants with copy recordings with all third party images digitally masked. As per the illustration shown on the right.
