Erasers.

Tringmain Security supply a low cost range of electromagnetic tape erasers to serve the specific requirements of CCTV users.
The medium on which the images are captured should be cleaned so that images are not recorded on top of images recorded previously’. Source: Code of Practice issued by the Information Commissioners Office July 2000. The primary purpose of erasure is to ensure that no residual images from previous recordings are discernible.
