Data Protection Act-1998 Contracted Compliance Management Service.

Tringmain provide a specialist CCTV recording management service to enable production of good quality recorded evidence that is compliant with the Data Protection Act and Human Rights Act.
Multiple Site - Retail, Leisure, Fast Food, Banking, Convenience Stores, Petrol Forecourts, Education, Local Authority etc.

For multiple site retail operations that employ simple CCTV systems with a single Time Lapse Video Recorder and fixed cameras, Tringmain provide simple, uniform procedures throughout all branches based on a specification established with the customer.

This low cost service releases management to concentrate on core business activities. Costs are typically no more than a few pence per day per branch and probably far less than a comparable in house operation.

UK

Shopping Malls, Town Centres, Industrial, Office Complexes, Local Authority, Government Organisations, Prisons etc.

Larger more complex CCTV systems having a number of video recorders and telemetry controlled cameras partially or wholly operating in the public domain will, to a greater or lesser extent, each demand a different solution. In such cases a Tringmain surveyor will visit site and carry out a detailed audit of procedures, documentation, signage, system operation etc. Any shortfalls are identified and recommendations made. This service is normally incorporated into an annual contract that includes the supply of documentation, recording media, Right of Subject Access Request management and editing, and certified mechanical tape destruction.
