Induction Loop System. |
|
|
| |
|
|
|
The InfoLoop induction loop system is a
voice amplification system designed to assist
hearing impaired people who use hearing
aids. By simply switching their aid to the
"T" position, the telecoil within
the hearing aid picks up clear speech signals
via a magnetic field transmitted by the
InfoLoop system.
Recent legislation states that companies
& organisations must ensure proper access
to their goods & services for disabled
people, of which the hard of hearing are
the largest group. InfoLoop enables organisations
to comply with the legislation by providing
the system for the use of their hard of
hearing customers & visitors.
InfoLoop is particularly appropriate for
one-to-one conversations or small meetings.
Typical installations include ticket offices,
service & reception counters, customer
service desks, interview booths & meeting
rooms. The system is the perfect answer
for those locations with adverse ambient
noise conditions which make it so difficult
for hearing aid wearers to hear clearly.

Fixed
Infoloop Induction Loop System.
|
Our InfoLoop for fixed installations provides
a discreet solution to the provision of
induction loop facilities for the hard of
hearing. The InfoLoop converts speech into
electromagnetic signals which can be heard
clearly by hearing aid users when they switch
their device to the 'T' or telecoil
position.
 |
Developed for one-to-one
conversation, InfoLoop is ideal for
use in meeting rooms, interview booths,
customer service counters & reception
areas. |
|
 |
|
Each system is controlled & powered
individually & operates on a stand-alone
basis. The System essentially comprises
a microphone, an amplifier, an aerial &
a power supply unit. Various types of microphone
& aerial are available to meet the precise,
acoustic & physical needs of each location.

Portable
Infoloop Induction Loop System.
|
Portable InfoLoop is the flexible solution
to the provision of induction loop facilities
where a fixed installation is not possible
or appropriate. This tabletop unit picks
up voice signals, transforms them into a
magnetic field which is received clearly
when the hearing aid is switched to the
'T' position. Background noise is
reduced for the hearing aid user &,
as a result, conversations in meeting rooms,
interview areas, customer service counters
& receptions are that much easier.
 |
The microprocessor controlled
Portable InfoLoop features the latest
induction loop technology with automatic
gain control, noise gating to improve
reception of speech & automatic
standby mode to conserve battery life.
The system consists of two components,
a stylish control unit constructed in
robust ABS plastic & a plug-in power
supply adapter. |
